On the plus side, at least the prisoners are spending, and getting taxed on, their money domestically. When a company employs foreign workers, it get spent there.<br>What bugs me (and a lot of other people) more about this issue is one of privacy. These convicts are taking your personal information and possibly credit card numbers. There have been cases where a con would get out and stalk someone they'd talked to, or sell a list of CC numbers, or whatever. <p></p><i></i>
