It is the strangest thing... now I actually hit what I'm aiming at and people started swearing that I was a cheater. I haven't been kick/banned from servers for "cheating" since counter strike beta 7 and tribes 1 days.
However, the change wasn't instantaneous. It took me a good 5-6 hours of gameplay to get used to mouse acceleration. That is the strangest feeling when comming from a $15 mouse.
But all of this and I'm still mostly in $15 mouse mode... I have 2 extra mouse buttons that I've still to use... even for their default web-browsing configuration. There are also buttons for changing sensitivity on the fly... never used. Though I can see how a setting for sniping, one for mid-range, and one for CQB would really come in handy... it just never pops in my head during gameplay that I should use this feature.
Anywho, I figured I haven't posted in too long. Thus I spam.
Got it when my Logitech iFeel Mouseman started getting creaky. I don't have a problem with it picking up walking vibrations, though, probably because my desk is VERY solid.
