I can't personally agree with the lifestyle, but there's no legal reason to kick her out. Defeat her in an election, depending on the various issues, but since she just won that'll take a full term.
Gotta wonder what goes through people's minds when they go into the ballot box. I thought the same thing when Minnesota elected Al Franken and stabbed the other 49 states in the back.

Al Franken is a retard. I didn't vote for the guy, and I believe living in a Blue state like MN, he stole the election. There's too much wiggle room in the post election proceedings for someone to "Find" 500 ballots all of a sudden to win the election.
