Saints vs Colts
Well? Who's it gonna be?
Honestly I could've rooted for any of the four final teams:
Saints - never been
Vikings - Ol' man Favre
Jets - the underdogs
Colts - The Incredible Man(ning)

I'm rooting for the Saints. I, opposite of Hat, admire Drew Brees, I like his style of play. Another thing is I'd like to see them win the Superbowl on the franchise's first trip there! I also know the assistant head coach / line backer coach Joe Vitt. (So maybe I'm a little biased in that aspect of it) And in all honesty, I'm sick of the Manning hype. (As well as I'm still bitter they beat the ravensl).
All things aside, I'm just excited for the game. It will undoubtedly be a hard fought offensive battle.

I also think the Colts will win. It could be a tight game either way, or a blowout in favor of the Colts, but I don't see the Saints taking over. The joker in the deck is the Saints' ball-stripping focus that worked wonders on Minnesota. I think Manning is even less apt to rattle under pressure than Favre.

Well... Ok. So the Saints win by 14 and Peyton threw a big boo-boo. I was really impressed by the Saints kicker, and respect that they're willing to take the risks and play aggressively. (ONSIDE KICK? OMG!!!1!!11!) I think the NFL could probably use a bit more of that. I don't get why the Colts didn't try harder to keep things going before the half, though; it was obviously going to be a tough fight and Manning can do that sort of thing. The Saints plainly deserved to win tonight.
I did like that there weren't many penalties. Whether that's because both teams were playing clean or the refs didn't want to call minor stuff and slow down the game, I dunno. Would prefer the former, of course.
I liked the Who's show better than the Stones'. However, ever since the "wardrobe malfunction" they've been pulling the OLD bands out, and while I may prefer their music to a lot of the stuff out nowadays, it's getting tedious to see them getting pulled out of wherever for the Big Game.
Wasn't that impressed with the commercial lineup. My favorite might have been the Favre MVP commercial. Didn't see Tebow's ad.

Man.... we should have bet.
I was pulling for the Saints. But I didn't expect the Colts to screw up so badly. They blew some plays, and their very last chance to score was one of those passes that a rookie should catch. It was close points-wise, and I enjoyed the game for that.
I missed the on-side kick (and apparently the fighting after the kick), because my son fell down and I went to check on him.
Oh and my fave commercials were the "Casual Friday" one, and the Favre MVP one (cause you know there's some truth to it).
Hehe.
