Trust me...their ain't enough room in those back seats for one much less two persons.

My truck is a 1991 Toyota ExtraCab Pickup 4x4. Got about 138K on it right now, minimum problems...most of them caused by me. <img src=http://www.contrabandent.com/cwm/s/cont ... freakB.gif ALT=":duh">

I just finished a 4 hour installation session in which I did the following:

Removed all the seats.

Ran new 8 Gauge power cable from the battery and secured the clear fuse holder to the firewall.

Moved the old amplifier from under the new subwoofer mount area to under the driver seat. (magnet size and speaker depth intruded on the amp)

Built a new sub mounting plate, cut the woofer hole, covered it with wire mesh/hardware cloth, stapled it down, mounted the woofer underneath, then covered it with blue carpet that is acoustically transparent.

Cut out edges of existing opening to allow the subwoofer to flush mount properly.

Ran larger diameter speaker wire to the sub.

Ran all cables for the subwoofer amp under the passenger seat in preparation for its arrival.

Soldered all power cable and wiring junctions.
