Thanks Defiance....Luckily Porsche has me covered. He is taking the pics.
Talked to your brother a few weeks ago, good to see that the oilfield and his grandbaby are keeping him busy.

Here's one of the shots that I did at the wedding (Putz - I hope ya don't mind). This is the pastor signing the marriage license, and I dropped in the image of the bride and groom doing the kiss during the ceremony.

Hey Porsche,
Great shot!
Too bad the pastor didn't have a fancier pen.
I have an outdoor wedding to shoot in August down here. Should be nice and hot/humid.
What are you shooting with ?
I have the Canon 30D and 10D as backup.

Hiya, Defiance!
I did those shots with my brand new Nikon D200 with the 70-200 f/2.8 VR. Got it like two days before the wedding. My D70 is my backup. Did a custom white balance with the ExpoDisc. Not overly happy with the results, but it was the first time I used it. Have a ton to learn.
Dude - I've never been able to thank you for directing me to the Texas Photo Forum. That place ROCKS!! I don't know that I've seen you out there, though. What's your screen name?

Hey Porcshe,
Sadly, I don't post on there that much, although I will drop in from time to time. Like most forums lately.
If I do post, I'll usually be under my real name Vance.
Maybe I need to get back there and start posting again.

Meant to add...
shoot in RAW (or NEF for Nikon I believe) and never worry about wb problems again.
