Where would one even start to find all the patches, and updater patch , ect? I wouldn't have a clue where to start on a reinstall.

There was a free T2 download promotion around the time T3 was released. It bundled up all the fixes and stuff. I'd be surprised if a few of those weren't still to be found floating around. Other than that, there are still places *planettribes.com* that have the patch files.
