This morning I accepted a position at Citigroup, the humungous international financial conglomerate. About the same pay, better bennies, little closer. Much better stability and future, IMHO.<br><br>Got my resig. letter ready to hand in here. I lost three sections, but the posts and crossmembers are totally rotted out. The entire fence needs to be replaced. I already replaced one side with metal poles so now I am going to do this one the same. Will last 3 times longer than wood post. I thought so too. But (News flash!) it appears that our corporate parent already has a policy for these occasions, and my employer has decided to match that. Because the 4th of July falls on a Sunday, all employees can take another day off with pay during the month of July (only) for their 4th of July holiday.
