Web site template?

Ok web gurus, I'm looking for a template for a small mailing list web site because I don't want to learn how to do this on my own. What I need is a simple site to allow a user to enter their email address which will be stored in a database. Users need to have the ability to enter a message to be sent to all users and also displayed on the site. That's it. Yes. I'll explain what I'm after...<br><br>I'm starting a sports car club where instead of being a traditional club, it will be more of a mailing list for when members plan to go for "fun drives". A person can sign up to the club on the web site, and then be able to enter a date / description of the drive they plan to do. Everyone on the list will then receive a copy of the message and it will be displayed in the "Calander" on the web site.<br><br>I'm horrible with this stuff. I've been trying to set up PHP Photo Album on another site and despite how relatively simple it is, I'm just not experienced enough with this stuff to get it working properly.
