The XMEN Clan Forums

Now that the Gold period is coming due, do we want to consider the fact that we may all be better served if we migrated over to a newer forum? (i.e. vBulletin,phpBB, etc.) Then can we setup a redirect from here to the new site? I know ezboard has been our home for 5 years and everything, but they destroyed our humor forum, and now with this unknown post issue, I'm kinda fed up. Well if we leave ezboard, I would suggest we redo our whole site and incorperated the forum directly into the site. <p></p><i></i>

I think so too, but I think the forum should be priority first. Feel free to go have a look. This was primarily an experiment to ensure that it would run on our host and, indeed, that I could do it. Actually had no hassle getting it running. At all. Ok, everything that I think needs to be converted has been, with the exception of the main pub forum here, and the private forum. I'd have liked to get the apps forum over there, but there's an error and it won't convert. I don't really see a need for site feedback & testing, or a server database for T2 now that T3 is out, and old polls, etc. If anyone feels otherwise, please let me know.<br><br>Anyway, the main public and private forums are obviously the largest, and it'll take probably over an hour just for the conversion process to run.
