They do mention the driver issue, at least. And a trade-in for current owners. Available to OEMs right now, will be spreading soon.

The tremendously helpful "soon" is all I've seen so far.

OEM's will get it first per the info I am seeing....looks like it will not be available to the public until the fall. And then only as an upgrade. BUT, they said it will not be more expensive than the 32-bit version. Should be interesting.
