lets see he used several cans of industrial strength bugspray in a closed apartment, most likely without a breathing mask or anything and then say down at a computer to contine breathing the fumes? I am sorry but he does deserve a darwin, unfortunently he doesn't meet the qualifications. IE unable to procreate (basically dead, but still can get one if your injured in such a way that it prevents you from having children)
