Okay, who, besides Gambino and myself, is following the new Battlestar Galactica series? I've loved these shows since I saw the miniseries when it first came out. I have to admit, however, that I'm curious about a lot of things...
* Why is Baltar no longer working on his Cylon detector?
* What is up with Number 6? She's obviously more than just a figment of Baltar's imagination because she has made herself seen before, but how is it that she has the "unique abilities" that she seems to have?
* The original miniseries said that there were 12 Cylon models, and that there were many copies. I've watched the miniseries several times now (I own the DVD) and realize that nowhere do they state that there are 12 HUMAN looking models. Therefore, the question I have is whether or not we have seen almost all Cylons. Of the human looking models we have seen Aaron Doral, Number 6, Sharon (Boomer), a black doctor, a journalist, and the guy they found on Ragnar Station (I forget his name). We also know that they still have the old "chrome toaster" models (in the original miniseries Number 6 said that those models were still around and had their uses), they have the new centurions, the Cylon raiders, and the base stars (which appear to have organic internals). What do you guys think?
That ought to be enough to start conversation for now.
