ok, I'm fat now... we had a 28lb turkey and 10 people to eat it. There was also pork roast, green beans, 'taters, corn, all kinds of breads and muffins... and we cannot forget the pies! Over the course of the weekend I had 3 whole pies! (2.5 pumpkin & 0.5 cherry) ...and I thought this Thanksgiving might be a washout!

I hope everyone else had a great Thanksgiving and got to eat their fill (or more).

Congrats to those Cowboys. An exciting game thats gonna leave me with a sorer throat (I've been sick). Couple questionable calls, but thats not gonna change the fact they won

I felt bad about Bret's arm, and shoulder. He's truly earned a place in the Hall of Fame, and I like to see him do well. But I gotta root for the boys - after all, I'm paying for their stadium

Irving Stadium is taxpayer funded? I didn't know... I know the Metrodome is here, as well as the new Twins ballpark.. The Vikings are pushing for one too.. But I think Zigi Wylf will be putting up more $$$ than red McCombs ever would have.

No, Texas Stadium is not. However, their new stadium in Arlington, the huge billion-dollar sucker being built now, was granted $365 million in taxpayer money.
