Grandma in the Hospital

Two Friday's ago my Dad's mother was taken in for something simple which turned out to be a symptom of something much worst. She took a turn for the worst over the weekend that forced me to return home for a while. Unfortunately I had to return to campus to continue my classes and do interviews as this is my last quarter.
She has gone through 27 years of fighting cancer which took a lung from her in the battle. Now she has pneumonia and its stressing the last lung to the point of exhaustion. This caused her heart to develop two separate rhythms for the top and lower half's. She now lays in the ICU with a ventilator that breaths for her, with tubes down her windpipe.
The Doctors told us she wouldn't live through the day Saturday, which is why I raced home, but she is still alive. My Aunt tells me that her condition is unchanged since Sunday evening when I left, meaning Grandma is sleeping most of the time and critically stable. The Doctors say it would take a super miracle for her to get out and the quality of life she would have is questionable.
So all I can ask for is to keep her in your prayers.
