Stardock recently published their annual customer report. It's a lot more fun to read than your average company's reports, since this isn't for investors (it's privately owned) but for users. Nearly half the report is spent discussing DRM issues in an intelligent fashion. Not sure I agree with every point, but it is at least an intelligent and reasonable piece. It includes a "gamer's bill of rights."
