What are the grenades he's using to add velocity?

It's called Nitron boosting...the IMPACT Nitron grenades only give you about 1/3 damage so you can do two jumps before you have to recharge. Only available on the Pathfinder class.

Yep. Don't count on doing much more than moving though.
