Skipped class for the Columbus Zoo!

My main theme this time was 'eyes'.

#1 - Flamingo

#2 - Flamingo

#3 - Magnolia

#4 - don't know....

#5 - my favorite leopard

#6 - leopard

#7 - I thought this was a stuffed bear until it moved...

#8 - I forget what kind of bear this is... he's got a bright red belly

#9 - Mr. Swan

#10 - little blue bird showing me his good side

#11 - "I kill you!!"

beautiful pictures. I love the koala. They all have vibrant colors. Do you have any more shots of the Drop Bear (aka koala)?

Great Job! A few of them really caught my eye!
The second flamingo is great, alot of vibrant colors as TW said, very beautiful!
The bear picture was also an awesome one. The lighting really makes this picture imo.
The swan and the bird are also ones I liked.

Looked like an awesome day to shoot, My girlfriend has been bugging me to take her to the zoo. Seeing the pictures of these animals makes me excited to go now

heh... here's a lesson I learned: when you take the gf to the zoo (or anywhere for that matter), don't take a camera! Maybe a P&S.... but my gf got quite upset when the camera got more attension than she did. I guess that's why I don't have a gf anymore.

I'm pretty lucky.. My wife and I are both shutter bugs, so we're both content to let the other take the time they need to create a shot.. Soory to hear about losing the GF tho.
