Anyoing pop ups....

ive been outa town for about a month in colorado snowboarding....some how every time i try to play a game a pop up interupts me and minimizes my game and i lose all sound and some times lose all graphics. (are not internet explorer pop ups.....the gray box one which give you 2 optins on what to do "x" close thebox or click "ok"<br><br>is there any way i could get rid of these. know of any goood programs? <p></p><i></i>

Gryphon's got it right- It's a net send popup, and they're annoying as hell. I get those if I open my Firewall to send files over Trillian, and if I leave it open for more than an hour.
