Master of Orion 3

I got this game a couple of years ago and couldn't get use to the way it was designed compaired to the prior 2. Recently I have pulled it out again and have started playing, and understanding. Granted my first game ended up with me being broken apart by an empire that hated my very existence.

The game is very nice once you understand how things work, which I am still trying to figure out the subtle details of. Once you let the AI handle all of the planetary details and give them some guidelines then you can do what the game really wants you to do, conqure the galaxy. I let the AI also handle the battles fo rthe moment until I feel confortable.
