[Space RTS] Sins of a Solar Empire

Stardock has taken Gal Civ - no, scratch that. Sins shares a few graphical techniques, complexity, and atmosphere, with Gal Civ, but this is very very different from that earlier game. Sins is RTS, in a much truer sense of the word than something like Warcraft or Starcraft. Those are more accurately termed Real Time Tactical games in comparison.
Sins takes the complexity of a turn-based game and adds the instant rush of "look, ma, no turns!" and a near-infinite zoom like Homeworld or Supreme Commander. And there's somehow room left for some 4x-ish love.

If nothing else, you ought to have a look at this because Stardock is making their "No DRM - Customers are not criminals" campaign into a checkbox feature listed along with graphics and AI specs.
