Has any one seen this game? It looks like it is really good, a little late for HL mods, but you can buy it by itself for around $20. Kiss Medal Of Honor GOOD bye!

Day of Defeat has been a HL mod that was released back in the time of Firearms and the CS betas.... it just finally went commercial... (wasn't that months ago though?)

best mod ever was Firearms for Quake 1... it was only in the hands of a few people... you could build your own custom guns and aimed via the ironsites on the gun models... you could build your own mp5, m4, or m9 and at the time of its demise the author was working on a shotgun, the m60, and hand models... if I could remember who it was, then I'd get another copy... but this little mod was the reason that I bought Quake 1.
COLORS!

Yeah. TFC is fun. That was the only game I really liked that had the Quake engine. I was always too much into Tribes for anything else.

I have been playing Day of Defeat for over a year now and the retail version exclusively since July and have to say it rocks! I have seen many of the other WWII games and some have better graphics, but this one has the best playability out of all of them, imho. The Retail version is only $19 and appears to have better graphics and has all new maps. It also has new/more weapons and a larger variety of play types.

All in all, it is a great game to play. I am actually playing it more than Tribes now, which I hate to admit, but can't help myself. It's worth every nickel and if you decide to try the retail version, look me up in a game.

My online name is "Sig Rommel" and will usually be found at the top...

Ciggie
Cgynus[DTM]
