I am glad I went to the doc. My Blood pressure was 162 over 145 when I got there. So I have to cut down on the salt intake, etc. and take my daily dose of medicine for the next 30 days, then I get re-evaled. <p></p><i></i>

Dang thats high Ice.<br><br>My last doc wasn't very aggreessive in treating mine, but the new doc is and has reduced it greatly.<br><br>Also watch your fat intake, cholesteral doesn't help BP when it has to pump blood thru narrow vessals.<br><br>Rudejelly can give you better tips than I on diet.<br><br>Welcome to the club. <p></p><i></i>
