I think he'll be fine.<br><br>I had mostly severd the tendon on the top of my middle finger on my right hand. I had slipped at work and ran my middle finger along the edge of a metal 'I' beam; think of running your finger really quickly across a dull knife.<br><br>It was pretty bloody, and I couldn't use that finger really for about three months. It took about 2 months for it to heal, and my middle finger had to be kept straight at all times. When I got the metal cast off, I had to do several months of physical therapy on my right hand. I couldn't not close my middle finger completely (still can't). And it hurts when the weather changes. Plus on cold days it's the most stiff of all of my fingers. I have several stitches holding the tendon together, and according to the doctor, I have a 30% disability of that finger.<br><br><br>But after all of that, I was still able to write, type, play tribes when it first came out, work on cars, play games that involve catching/throwing/dribbling/tossing a ball with your hands, and do pretty much everything anyone else does. It hurts to try and open my finger up against something, and I'm always afraid of tearing the stitches on the tendon, but the doctor said to not worry about that. Jeez, some of those comments on TWL.. how typical.<br><br>I remember Detox first applying to .enD and such. Seems forever ago now, don't it?<br><br>I don't think he deserved those kinda comments. Its a bottle of Sobe (I drink it) and it looks like it could handle an ice cube to me; I mighta got into the same trouble.<br><br>Get well, Detox..
