Anyone up for a Lan Party this year?

I have a new PC and all and want to USE it!

I've never been to an XMEN LAN b4, but as always I hope to make it to one. (I just don't want to be on the organizing end.)

I'm up for it. A lot of things different this year, though, like location and tables/chairs. The church we borrowed those from had a fire and lost a building.

We should still have our piles of networking gear, though.

Ahh damn, im down for a lan... ill come play solitaire and listen to the cheers and see the tears of everyone else playing since my machine is crap and cant build another at the time because of car payments... But with XVirius shipped out at bootcamp for the marines... doubt id find a way down

We can probably dig up some spare machines - can't promise anything, but Ice and I usually have a few spare parts lying around.

Only problem I see is, games! Last time we didn't really have a comon game so people trickeled in and out of games, so play was boring most of the time. You would need 2-3 games that everyone could share/ play at the same time or its just a waiste.

A weekend LAN would be good. Maybe some BF2 and T1.. Maybe even some T:V if we're feeling really masochistic.

Ok, so our games list looks like
T1, T2, and BF2 at this point.

We will make a schedule whereby we play each of these for a predetermined time and then a more freeform "whaddya wanna play" time later. Sound good?
