Dang, I have the original release XP and a SP 2 security update that runs from within that. Oh well, I just made two partitions, though I'm not a fan of partitions.
On a sadder note, I found out that even though you now have 4 DVI ports with two video cards in SLI, you can only use one monitor You can have dual monitor if you take it out of SLI mode, but not in it So now Stang is SLI capable, but can't use SLI.

You might have a look at GPartEd on a LiveCD.
http://gparted.sourceforge.net/livecd.php
It will create and move partitions (kind of like partition magic), and it supports NTFS, but I don't know if it does what's necessary for the big drives like that.
Alternately you could create multiple partitions with the WinXP setup.
