Anyone have any ideas?
While playing BF2 (probably any other game as well) It will run fine and I get great ping with my dsl. I have two other computers hooked up to a router along with this one. I noticed that whenever someone is on one of the two computers and happen to be using the browser it gives me huge lag spikes on this computer, eventually causing me to get booted from the game :-/. Anyone think theres a way around this?

256kb isn't much. Go here (http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest) and measure your speed when the other computers aren't being used.
This is with me and only me on this computer using the internet.

This is while i'm doing the test again and my sister is just browsin myspace, look at the difference... is there anything I can do about that ?

Hmm. Without QoS, I don't think so, unless you want to go onto their PCs and choke their browser speed. Get the brand and model of your router and find the manual online, if you can't find the printed version. Read up on its features and see what it can do.
One alternative would be to have the DSL going into your computer, and you feed it to the other PCs, but a) it's additional load, b) big difference in security risk - you're very exposed! I don't recommend it.

That model does have some QoS features, but it's been a long time since I've been in the control panel for that router since I switched to Wireless... And the wireless router has a completely different interface and menu structure to it, that i can't remember.. and maybe it's the beer talking too...
