This should be required viewing by the entire design and operation teams of every nuclear plant in the world. Annually. I'm sure many more such images will emerge over time and should be added.
I believe we need to harness nulcear power, so I'm not against nuke plants. But even a simple campfire requires respect and precautions - and a nuke plant of course is many orders of magnitude more powerful and dangerous. These guys need to really respect what they're dealing with; the Chernobyl engineers did not. That they could ignore all those warning signs makes me ill.
