Cell Phone Question

I was getting a few text messages like... Hi are you busy ? Or Whats up John? earlier but didnt get a response back to Who's this? The area code is the usual one for cell phones in my area and i'm figuring its someone I know. Is there any kind of website or way to enter in the cell phone number and get info back such as the name of the account holder or whatever?

Most cells are unlisted, but you can always try the 411.com site.. you never know.
