Who would win?
The Megatron version who transformed into a pistol.
Sorry I dont know exact iterations and generation names.

That is Generation 1 Megatron from the original Transformers.

I want to know who said Juggernaut. Not that I think he would be wrong. It would be a very good... and long fight.

I said Juggernaut. You see, megatron would be unable to transform into his pistol form because if it were to be a truly mano y mano fight, he would have nobody to hold and use him in that form, thereby reducing the amount of "fighting Power" he would have. Don't get me wrong - Megatron on his own would be a formidable force, but generally the Transformers are able to transform to enhance thier power, or to do some other task better. Megatron happens to be a really, really big gun.

Megatron had no trouble firing himself when transformed into a pistol

Even if he fired in gun mode. Megatron is able to flatten mountians (In theory I dont think it was ever truely done). Cyclops is also able to flatten mountians (Once again untested theory I think). I know Cyclops has given Juggernaut a full blast and "I'm The Jugernaut B*$%^" came out it swinging. So it really boils down to a raw knuckle fight. I just think that Megatron with a longer reach and his training would have the advantage.
