I saw the noon in OP. Didn't know if, for example, there was a long drive to the track and you wanted to be there AT noon, or if we were leaving around noon, or whatever. My fault for not clearly asking the question.

I should be OK with this, planning on it. Getting grubbies ready.

It's been pretty dry so we shouldn't have to deal with much in the way of mud, but it's still a good idea to wear shoes that you don't mind getting dirty.

What lens do you plan on bringing?

I will bring them all - that's what my backpack is for. I'll leave most in the car and probably just use my 28-70, and maybe also my 100-300.

Your 100-300 will be the lens that gets the most use. MX tracks are a very dusty place. I'm not sure that you will want to change glass while you're there.
