Outlook rules not running...

I don't know why! Sometimes (no pattern that I can see) my Outlook rules don't run and everything just goes right into my inbox (I have several listserv boxes, spam, and some others). You gotta remember that the rules are pretty exact, and often need to cover multiple bases, especially if you're on mailing lists.
