Rhetorical question time - If the jilted woman was GIVEN the login / PW info by her 'husband', would that technically be hacking? She didn't do anything harmful to the computer system, and she didn't damage any of his 'property'.. In most MMO EULA's, the Avatars are owned by the developer, and they would generally care less if it 'died' or not..

I think you overlooked the fact that this is in Japan. The social rules are a little different in Asia.
