On the video, the camera is in infrared, it's fuzzy because of the nature of the camera, and the color scheme used. And I'm assuming that the range from the camera to the engagement isn't public knowledge, so I can't say what kind of processing took place on those images. There are some effects that you should see if you are close enough or have equipment that is good enough.
