They upgraded the graphics and other in game stuff and also its free to download and play.

Also you don't need the game Black Mesa to play.

Looks great.. I've been meaning to get it an download it.. Think I might try to get that this weekend and play for a bit. I should finally finish HL2.. I got it with the Orange Box, finished Portal, started HL2 and then got away from PC gaming.. LOL
