I have BF2 installed and going, but in order to play online I need to update the version...Ok so I DL the update and start to run it, yet all I get when I start installing it is a Patch Failed pop up. I've tried re-dl'ing from other places and installing all possible updates for my computer...still nothing...Anyone else had this problem?

try it again, i have had it fail as well. then i try again for the 2nd time and it worked....dunno

I had this issue in a bad way.

What fixed the problem for me was freeing up more disk space. It needed at least 2 GB free, I think, or maybe 3 before it worked for me.
