Anyone tell me why after I reloaded BF2 on this new machine I lost all my rank? I am very very pissed right now.

I remember reading something about this around the net. I don't think your rank is really lost, but I don't remember what to do to fix it. Sorry - google is your friend?

The game is awesome...it is just that I had worked hard to get up in rank...plus I loved the upgraded sniper rifle I had, a 50 caliber barrett, which proved useful for taking out helicopters when needed.

Never heard of this happening. i know i have formatted atleast a dozen times sice bf2 release. sure your not loggin in under a different name?

Sending it via "media mail" is pretty cheap. Intended for books and such, and not the fastest.
