Haven't seen it do that in the last few days, but they do sometimes. I've been toying with the idea of changing hosts.

Yeah, been having some issues on the upload side of things. It could be because I am sharing my in-laws' connection with my wife's cousins (5 computers total). And the in-laws are on a relatively small DSL connection.
