Asha, I've started a new thread for this instead of hijacking Bug's thread any further. <!--EZCODE EMOTICON START :) --><img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=":)"><!--EZCODE EMOTICON END--> <br><br>Anyway, I found <!--EZCODE LINK START--><a href="http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.html?i=1883&p=1" target="top">this review over at Anand's</a><!--EZCODE LINK END--> that compares three different mobos, each with the different chipset. Anand seems to think they're pretty much even at this point.<br><br>BTW, I don't pay as much attention to Tom's as I used to. I think he's got some issues that affect his technical articles, and I don't like them. But that's a subjective opinion; I can't point you to specific evidence.<br><br> <p></p><i></i>

He did mention some problems the board had before updating the BIOS. I didn't read the Tom's article yet, so I don't know if he tried this or if he's got a policy to test only what's shipped, as is, because some people do. <p></p><i></i>
