IE keeps giving me errors

Ever since I upgrade to XP SP2 my IE keeps coming up with dialog box with an error message!!! I was serious about Firefox. As much as I loathe the "Drop M$ and join Linux because we're not 3VIL!" bandwagon, I gotta agree that Firefox is an excellent browser, and I'm using it for practical, rather than "Political" reasons. Good stuff. <p></p><i></i>
