nah it will be pci express<br>next gen of all vid cards, is supposed to make that step, since they've been stretching the viablility of agp 2.0(8x)<br>see, agp, was only ahold over, until they had a more capable protocol, hence pci express, and pci-x, unfortunately it seems the pci-x spec has fallen off the map(or maybe for the better, since that would've been AMD's spec, and would have cause more confusion than just changing over the entire spec)<br>also there will be a new motherboard/case spec altogether going through within the next year, called BTX, supposedly will be better set up to enable easier cooling solutions, one day I will find a link on it.<br> <p></p><i></i>

Iti....Right now the best bang for the buck is an ATI 9600 PRO or 9600XT. I have seen the 9600XT's for around $160.
