Depends what you want to do. Just running Windows 2k or XP, then format it as one big partition with NTFS. If you want to dual-boot Linux, you want at least three: small Linux swap (500MB), Windows, and Linux partitions. The relative sizes of the partitions can be changed later with a tool like PartEd, but put the most space where you'll need it.

Oh and I hope you didn't put the PCI video card in any of the PCI Express slots. They're not even close to being compatible. Though you're probably fortunate in that PCI Express slots can handle more power than PCI slots. PCI does NOT equal PCI Express.

I know that... a PCI card won't even fit into a PCIe slot (maybe backwords... but lets not try :p)
