OK... I am thinking it may be time to fully upgrade..
I mean a box from scratch
so any thoughts?

I want AMD
SATA Drives I think..
2 GB of ram at least I think I may go in the 300 dollar range for video.
Any cool cases out there?
And Good prices on LCD flat panel monitors? I'll need two.

Definitely SATA and the 2GB RAM. Can get awfully good video in the $200-$250 range.

There's likely to be a price drop in the next few weeks for CPUs. That's because Intel is releasing their new processors, and everything should drop at least a little bit. There's been rumors that there will be large price cuts for some processors.
